• Held seminars and speeches on diversity for key players in the public and private sector
• First breakfast meeting on managing a multicultural workplace in cooperation with Accenture
• Appointed facilitator for British Councils Intercultural Navigator program - 5 modules, 25 participants. focused on training on intercultural skills
• Launched Top 10 projects for 2008 – a project initiated by the owner of Leadership Foundation in 2004 - a research project, annual award and media profiling project aimed at promoting successful immigrants in Norway.
• Launched Top 10 network – network of the 40 winners of Top 10
• Launched Top youth leader – new from 2008 and an expansion of the Top 10 concept focused on promoting and empowering a youth leader

• Appointed facilitator for British Councils Climate Advocate program - 6 modules, 15 participanats, designed modules on diversity

• Appointed project manager for World Championships in Skiing - project that aims to have 10% immigrants in volunteer corps 

• Contracted to write a book on Diversity in Norway - launch Spring 2010 - publishers, Aschehoug

  Some key projects in progress include:

• Top 10 Nordics – Sharing the concept and best practice project in the Nordic region.
•  Diversity in the Media – a “follow-up” project to Top 10 where we put focus on the media and the quantitative and qualitative representation of immigrants and its impact on soci
